The User can also add their own commonly used choices to the Selections List.

Clicking OK will save your changes and take you to the completed narrative for review. Click This to Proceed to the Next Screen.

Information is compiled from the Patient Information sections to begin the Narrative. The User can also type any additional comments in the Narrative Area.

The Template (in the bottom Window) and Selections list at right are then used to complete the Chief Complaint.

Clicking Cancel will take you back to the previous screen. Click This to Proceed to the Next Screen.
